I don't get it...I guess the 'digital macro' does a digital zoom instead of an optical zoom. There is another mode called 'macro' in this camera, which I believe is an optical zoom. Also, this mode does not 'zoom in' as much as a 'digital macro' does. All the more reason to believe the 'digital macro' should do a digital zoom.
